Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1) DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

You have the right to receive a new product depending on the product availability. If the product is not available, we will refund you with a Store Credit or the total amount paid.

2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  2. We'll refund only to the same payment method used to place the order.
  3. Refunds will be executed once we receive and process the product. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
  4. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  5. After we send the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to10 business days to be reflected on your account statement.

To exercise the right to return products, please follow these steps:
  1. Please contact us at eshop@classicharms.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Please make sure that the product is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
  3. Send the package to our warehouse at the address we provided.
  4. Notify us and send us the tracking number for your return package to eshop@classicharms.com.
