We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1) DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
You have the right to receive a new product depending on the product availability. If the product is not available, we will refund you with a Store Credit or the total amount paid.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We'll refund only to the same payment method used to place the order.
- Refunds will be executed once we receive and process the product. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
- After we send the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to10 business days to be reflected on your account statement.

- Please make sure that the product is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
- Send the package to our warehouse at the address we provided.
